Shipping

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.You can also check your order status byclicking here.

There can be multiple reasons why your tracking states delivered but you have not received your package. Carrier Hand Off: Some packages travel through multiple carriers.Example: You may receive a UPS tracking number, but USPS may complete the final delivery.In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival depending on carrier.Look for a notice of attempted delivery.Look around the delivery location for your package. Some carriers may hide packages to avoid theft.If your package states delivered and you have yet to receive it after 48 hours, please contact customer servicehere.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. And the other tracking numbers cannot be displayed on the order page.

Return & Refund

  • Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.vecvec.com
  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days after receiving the product
  • Merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items listed as “FINAL SALE” or CLEARANCE” cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
  • Customers will be responsible for any return shipping cost.

Step 1: Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

Yes, you can use the gift card partially. For example, if you have $100 in a gift card and want to purchase for $50, the amount of $50 would be deducted, and you can use the rest $50 next time.

The VECVEC gift card includes an individual code that is delivered by email. Please type in the code at checkout to redeem it.Gift cards purchased at vecvec.com are only valid on this site (vecvec.com).
