How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Cost & Transit Time

Shipping Cost: Orders totaling $99 or more enjoy free shipping, while orders below $99 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

If your country is not listed in the table below, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to find a shipping method for you.

*During peak logistics seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping delays may occur due to local warehouse backlogs and staffing shortages. Other factors, including strikes, severe weather events and customs inspections, can also contribute to extended delivery times.

*Addtional Shipping Fee:

For remote areas such as U.S. outlying islands, Greenland, the Faroe Islands etc., there is a remote shipping fee. The estimated shipping time is 20-35 business days.

 

Expedited shipping (DHL/UPS):

Pay a deposit at checkout, and our customer service will issue a refund for any price difference. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes shall be borne by the customer. If you require any assistance with tax-related matters, please contact our customer service team for support.

Estimated delivery time:

North America: 5-6 business days 

Southeast Asia: 3-4 business days 

Australia: 4-5 business days

  • United States: USD $100

  • Singapore: USD $40

  • Australia: USD $80

Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas. Any overpaid shipping charges will be refunded to the original payment method used.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.

 

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

There can be multiple reasons why your tracking states delivered but you have not received your package. 

Carrier Hand Off: Some packages travel through multiple carriers.

Example: You may receive a UPS tracking number, but USPS may complete the final delivery.

In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival depending on carrier.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

Look around the delivery location for your package. Some carriers may hide packages to avoid theft.

If your package states delivered and you have yet to receive it after 48 hours, please contact customer service via support@vecvec.com

 

Why have I only received part of my order?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. And the other tracking numbers cannot be displayed on the order page. 

 

How can I change my shipping address?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can change your shipping address by contacting us via support@vecvec.com.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us via support@vecvec.com.
